Recently, Blackberry gave this cute Westwood ranch-style home a facelift by replacing its roof, windows, gutters, and downspouts.

To the owner, Kayla, their favorite of these projects was the replacement windows and vinyl siding.  “It provided an updated look to our entire home.”

We asked Kayla what made her want to do this home improvement project? She replied, “The roof replacement was necessary due to a leak, the prior roof was older than 15 years. While Blackberry was at it, we decided to do the rest of the project.  The 18 months of no interest financing was helpful in making our decision too.”

Given a wish list for her next home improvement project Kayla shared that they did not replace the breezeway windows but may do that in the next year or two.
